The ZERO project produces a set of concrete, high-quality results designed to support youth workers, educators and young people in addressing food waste through education and action. All deliverables are developed collaboratively by the partnership and are freely accessible, ensuring transparency, transferability and long-term impact.

Literature Review

The Literature Review provides a strong theoretical and policy-based foundation for the project. It analyses key European strategies and existing research related to food waste, sustainability and food systems, ensuring that ZERO is fully aligned with current EU priorities.

The ZERO Training Format is a non-formal education programme designed for youth workers and educators. It equips participants with knowledge, tools and methodologies to address food waste and sustainability in youth work settings.
